Things You’ll Need:
1 cup butter, softened, 1 cup light brown sugar, 3/4 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon honey, 2 large eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 quick oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups raisins, 1 large mixing bowl, 1 medium mixing bowl
1 electric mixer, 1 large mixing spoon, 1 large cookie sheet, 1 wire cooling rack
Step 1
preheat oven 350
In the meantime, mix butter in large mixing bowl until creamy
Step 2
add sugars, beat until fluffy
Step 3
beat in eggs, vanilla, and honey
Step 4
mix flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon together in medium bowl
Step 5
stir dry ingredients into batter in large bowl
Step 6
stir in raisins
Step 7
stir in oats
Step 8
spoon out cookies by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet

bake for 10-12 minutes
Step 10
remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes then place cookies on wire rack
